The Lady of Shalott

Fırat Neziroğlu’s solo exhibition in New YorkThe Lady of Shalottbrings the weaver from Tennyson’s legend to the present day. It is the story of modern humanity, who — like the Lady in the tower — sees the world only through a mirror, and for us through a screen; it is told through portraits produced with the FN weaving technique, light installations, and felt sculptures.

The exhibition, hosted by C24 Gallery, which represents the artist’s works,10 September 2026opens on. The collection brings together newly produced works, foremost among them the Shalott, Lancelot, Destiny, Mirror, and Magic series.
